Aspen Meadows seems to be just about 10-15 minutes from everything with close access to I-25, I-76, I-70 and US 36. King soopers and Walgreens are a quick walk away as well as a liquor store. Water World is nearby too. It is one of the best water parks in the country.
These townhomes offer a lot for their price. They were built in the mid 2010’s so have a modern touch. 2 car attached garages are a huge plus. HOA dues take the stress out of a lot of the maintenance that comes with home ownership.
