We understand how you may be concerned about COVID-19 and your upcoming plans to buy or sell. As of now, the decision to show a house must be made by individual real estate agents and their clients. Currently, we are both healthy and available to serve our clients.
Your safety and health are important to us. We closely monitor the spread of COVID-19 and its variants in our communities. We are implementing precautionary measures in response to guidelines given by Centers for Disease Control (CDC), State of Colorado, and City of Denver.
