Claims of Copyright Infringement
We respect the intellectual property rights of everyone. If you believe your work has been reproduced in a way that constitutes copyright infringement you may notify us by providing the following information:
Identification of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.
Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and needs to be removed, including a description of where it is located so that the copyright agent can locate it;
Your address, phone number, and e-mail address, so that we may contact you about your complaint;
A signed statement that the above information is valid; that you believe that the identified use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agents, or the law; and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or can act on the copyright owner’s behalf in this situation.
Upon obtaining the statement, we will act accordingly to rectify the situation. Know that there are repercussions for false claims.
If a notice of copyright infringement has erroneously been filed against you, you can send a counter notification to us. A valid counter notification is written communication that includes the following criteria:
A physical or electronic signature of the poster;
Identification of the material that has been taken down or to which access has been removed and the location where the material appeared before it was taken down or access to it was removed;
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was disabled or taken down as a result of an error;
Your name, address, and telephone number; a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is located outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found; and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.

If you send notice by e-mail, an agent can start investigating the infringement; however, we have to receive a signed statement by mail or as an e-mail attachment before we must take action.
Additionally, if you think that a notice of copyright infringement has been erroneously filed against you, the DMCA allows you to send a counter-notice. Notices and counter-notices must meet statutory requirements imposed by the DMCA. You agree that if you fail to comply with all of the notice requirements of the DMCA, your notice may not be valid.
