Midtown At Clear Creek

Midtown Real Estate Brokers

Midtown is a new, up and coming neighborhood located just a 10-15 minute drive north of downtown Denver, CO in unincorporated Adams County, near the border with Westminster. It features beautiful new homes and townhomes from builders such as David Weekley Homes and Infinity Home Collection. Divided by Pecos Street it consists of a west and east side. Development started in 2013 and is almost totally complete, scheduled to be done building in 2021.

The neighborhood features a beautiful playground complete with a play fountain for kids on the west side, as well as a great playground on the east side. If that wasn’t enough, there is a brand new middle school at it’s northwest corner with a third playground and basketball courts. Needless to say this is a family friendly neighborhood.

It is also pet-friendly with dog parks on the east and west side and it contains several walking trails. Dogs are also welcome at neighborhood watering hole, Brüz Brewery which features Belgian-style beers and ciders. They offer snacks, but if your appetite is big, they have daily food trucks available from around 3pm – 9pm. Next door is Bonbons Cafe which offers delicious baked goods and has a fully stocked kitchen in addition to everything needed to fulfill your coffee fix.
