Virginia Village Real Estate

Denver Property Pros

You know what they say about real estate? Location, location, location. Well that’s what we think of when we think about the Virginia Village neighborhood in Southeast Denver. Despite being a 15 minute from downtown, it still is an extremely central location as it is also only 10 minutes from DTC. Add to that, its close proximity to I-25, 225 and Hampden, and you can see why it is such a great location.

Virginia Village has much more going for it than its location. It has a great selection of restaurants, bars and cafes.  You can get lost in a book at Sojourners while sipping on fine tea. Basil Doc’s across the street has some of the best pizza in town. Really any type of food can be found here, from Tex-Mex to Middle Eastern. The Dirty Duck and Esters, provide watering holes for all types.

This neighborhood really strikes a balance between urban and suburban. Every product and service is within a five minute drive, yet it is still a mostly residential neighborhood with homes, apartments, condos and townhomes all in ample demand, both new and old. There is a new DMV location here that isn’t very busy, USPS office, Chüze, an fitness facility facility, Ace hardware, and Cook Park is a hidden gym.

If you are thinking of buying or selling in Virginia Village, you need a real estate agent who knows her stuff. With Scott and Lisa, you get two!
